Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital service, no physical shipping

StreamSnatcher is a software service accessed entirely through your web browser. Purchases of StreamSnatcher Pro grant access to digital features only. There are no physical products, and nothing is shipped, couriered, or mailed. Consequently, no shipping charges apply and no delivery address is required.

How your purchase is delivered

Pro access is delivered electronically by activating the Pro entitlement on the account associated with your purchase. Once payment is confirmed by our payment provider, your account is upgraded and Pro features become available immediately upon sign-in.

• A day pass activates on purchase and remains valid for its stated validity period.
• A subscription activates on purchase and remains active for the billing period, renewing until cancelled.
• A confirmation and receipt for the transaction are issued by our payment provider to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery timing

Delivery is instant in the ordinary case: entitlement is granted as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction, which is typically immediate. In rare cases, payment confirmation may take a few minutes to propagate. If your Pro access is not reflected shortly after a successful payment, signing out and back in refreshes your entitlement.

If access isn't granted

If you have completed a payment but Pro features have not activated within a reasonable time, please contact us with the email address used at checkout and your payment reference. We will verify the transaction with our payment provider and ensure your entitlement is granted. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how billing errors are handled.
